With over 20 years spent refining his craft locally and internationally, Dr Mark continues to explore new techniques for the benefit of his patients, while sharing his research and expertise with other surgeons, for the benefit of theirs.

Dividing his time practising in Perth and regional Western Australia, Dr Mark Lee is committed to delivering comprehensive care and tailored outcomes, no matter your location.

After completing a Bachelor of Nursing, Zoe began her career in the graduate program at Fremantle Hospital and has been working with Dr Mark Lee since 2020. Specialising in post-operative wound care, Zoe has aspired to work in plastics from a young age. She is committed to providing excellent support for her patients throughout their entire surgical experience. After work, you’ll find her planning the next renovation project for her dream home by the ocean.

Joining the team in 2024, Donna brings over 20 years’ experience across nursing disciplines and a wealth of clinical knowledge. With a background spanning surgical, oncology, mental health and community care, she takes a compassionate approach to patient wellbeing, supporting them through every stage of their surgical journey. After two decades in Sydney, and time living in Italy and Saudi Arabia, Donna has recently returned home to Perth, where she enjoys staying active and spending time with loved ones.

Of her 35 years in medical administration, Pauline has spent a decade working with Dr Mark Lee to support his patients through their surgical journeys. Ever the problem solver and hard worker, Pauline always finds a way to lead our team and ensure the highest level of patient care. She balances her busy schedule with a commitment to keeping fit, enjoying good food and having fun with friends and family.

When you first contact our practice, Debbie will be happy to assist with a smile. With a Diploma of Dental Therapy and 20 years of experience in the health profession, her sense of humour and patient-centred approach make her a key part of the team. Debbie loves to be with family, and when she’s not at the practice taking patient enquiries, you’ll find her hanging out with her grandchildren.
